It would come at a good time as Billy seems so fixated on revenge and enemy alliances. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) warned Billy that he should think about his children but that didn’t seem to stop him from continuing to plot.

However, if Billy and Sally end up getting pregnant, that could change everything. Billy would vow to be there every step of the way for Sally, especially since her last pregnancy ended so tragically.

Sally would need extra support as any mother-to-be would wonder if the same thing could happen again. 

Of course, it would be interesting if Sally’s baby somehow mended the rift between Billy and his own mother. While Billy feels betrayed, disowning one’s mother over a company seems pretty silly.
