Y&R Spoilers: Nick’s Impossible Choice, Can Only Save 1 Woman? 

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that a mysterious captor is holding Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) hostage.

Forced to play “The Game,” Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is getting increasingly concerned despite a phone call from Sharon.

Could Nick uncover the truth, but end up in a grave situation where he can only save one woman? Keep reading and let’s talk about what could happen next with this storyline.

Double Kidnapping

Sharon was relieved to be over the Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Ian Ward (Ray Wise) saga. Sharon is still trying to get her footing after her previous kidnapping.

Just when Sharon was starting to feel normal again, she has been kidnapped once again. When Sharon woke up, she realized that Phyllis was also a captive. 

Playing The Game

The two women still have no idea who is doing this to them. This person has not caused them physical harm (yet). The Game seems to be full of riddles and clues, with Phyllis and Sharon going through some kind of warped talk therapy.

The captives have asked the villain to identify themselves, but he keeps saying it’s not important. In addition to that, the voice is distorted but male, making it difficult to identify. The point of the game is to stay alive, though.

Nick Newman’s Gut Instincts

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Nick had a gut instinct about Sharon last time. It seems Nick is once again getting an off feeling about Sharon and Phyllis’ disappearances.

The villain did allow Phyllis and Sharon one phone call with a fierce warning. While Sharon gave Nick a story, he still senses something isn’t quite right. Then, after comparing notes with Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei), Nick feels that something is very, very wrong.

An Impossible Choice

Y&R head writer and executive producer Josh Griffth told TV Insider that Sharon and Phyllis would be in a life-or-death situation. It was added that both women would need to reevaluate their relationship. 

Fans have already seen Sharon and Phyllis forcing themselves to work with one another. The women are also having to confront their past and their less than stellar moments attacking one another.

Since Nick won’t give up until he gets answers, he could find the women. However, what happens when Nick’s interference throws a twist into The Game? What if Nick can only save one woman? Which one will he choose to save: Sharon or Phyllis?
