Fans weren’t sure for a while if Claire’s reformation was real or not. It does seem to be a genuine reformation but we have to wonder if Claire meant some of those things she said about the Newman family in a recent episode.

The plan really seems to be premeditated. Maybe Jordan’s possible escape has been on Claire’s mind for a while.

However, it really seems that Claire has turned a dark page. Even Victoria mentioned how cold and callous Claire seems about this situation.

While Claire did succeed in tricking Jordan, the villain’s fate is unclear. While Jordan gulped the tea, was it really poisoned?

I really don’t think Claire could go that far even if she wanted to. No matter what happens to Jordan, Claire seems strong right now. This scheme could prove to be too much for Claire’s mental health.

Claire intended to stop Jordan from hurting anyone ever again. However, Claire seemingly had to channel Jordan. Claire needed to think and strategize like Jordan.

That might just be too much for Claire to take mentally, though. Could we see Claire go back down a dark path? Could Claire’s redemption attempt turn into a mental health nightmare?
