My Big Fat Fabulous Life (MBFFL) star Whitney Way Thore shared some devastating news with her TLC fans on Wednesday. She just arrived back from the UK where she did dancing and meet-and-greets. She’s popular there but finds a lot of critics back at home. Hopefully, they won’t troll her after her sad news.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life fans know that the TLC star had her fair share of heartbreak over the years. Chase Severino probably broke her heart more than anyone else. You might recall that they were engaged, but it was called off after he fathered a child by another woman.

TLC fans also know that Whitney Way Thore lost her mom, Babs. They were close, and she felt devastated for a long time. In fact, she credited some of her weight loss to her grief. While many fans slammed her for allowing the funeral to be aired on TV, many people felt very sad. Now, she shared another devasting loss. 

Whitney Way Thore Lost Her Sweet Cat

My Big Fat Fabulous Life fans know that Glenn Thore’s daughter loves cats. For some people, she loves them too much. Most fans are familiar with Ollie, Wanda, and Henchimayne, AKA Henchie. Well, many people love Henchie who arrived from Korea when his owner was teaching there. Sadly, Henchie passed away.

MBFFL fans felt sad when Whitney Way Thore shared the news on Instagram about Henchie. In her caption, she explained how she’d just arrived home from across the pond when her sweet cat died. She also said:

He died in my arms an hour ago. He was the most faithful companion to me for the last 17 years and every day I was so overcome with love and affection for him as if it were the first day I ever knew him. From the day I got him from a little pet shop in Korea he has brought me nothing but so much joy. I love you, Henchi.
