Stacey Silva Doesn’t Want To Divorce Florian, Why?

90 Day Fiance veteran, Stacey Silva recently appeared on 90 Day: The Last Resort and she was not happy with Florian Sujak. However, she doesn’t genuinely seem to want a divorce, so TLC fans question her motives. After all, she is not happy with him and has many trust issues. 

Married To Florian Twice

Florian Sujak is much younger than Stacey, and they had a quiet and private wedding ceremony during the pandemic. Later, they tied the knot again in Connecticut, despite her trust problems. More recently, twin sister Darcey Silva put a spoke in the works of their relationship, by suggesting Florian would be better off single. 

90 Day Fiance star Stacey Silva announced that she and Florian Sujak separated after she went into hospital. Notably, his absence after her emergency kidney surgery worried her. Additionally, the TLC star had forgiven him for his suspected previous indiscretion with a woman named Shanti. But, does she really want a divorce?

Why Not Divorce Again?

On Reddit this week, TLC fans discussed why they believe Stacey won’t go for a divorce from Florian. Mostly, it seems related to her fear of being alone. Or, she doesn’t want to pay alimony. The OP who raised the discussion felt that she “doesn’t want to divorce Florian because they’ve been together for 9 years, he’s 34 and has never held a steady job in his life and doesn’t plan to. She will be stuck paying him alimony for the rest of her life.”

Stacey Silva does seem to have some personal issues with her confidence. Perhaps, like her twin, Darcey, she seems to suffer from body dysmorphia. Perhaps no love is better than living with rejection?

• She says she wants him to contribute financially. But, don’t believe it. He’s her servant and companion, and she’d never accept him spending time away from her.
• I don’t think he wants to leave her. I think he likes having a mommy. I also think he has genuine feelings for her. I feel like his cheating was purely physical and he was younger and unsure of his situation. I just can’t believe she didn’t get a prenup.
• I always felt like they had a mutual understanding of what their relationship is- whether or not they’d openly admit it. It’s essentially a sugar baby/sugar mama scenario- Stacey gets a young “former model” boy-toy that lets her call the shots on everything, and Florian gets to trade in his mother’s couch in Albania for a pretty low-stress life in the US.
