Prince Harry's Visa Case To Get Its First Hearing In Trump's Tenure

Prince Harry may have escaped deportation – not to add the unnecessary drama that would have arisen if his Visa documents had been released to the public – during Biden’s Presidential tenure, but will this good luck persist in Trump’s? Especially since the big man is hell-bent on cracking hard on illegal immigration practices.

Should Prince Harry be worried? Do you think it’s the reason he’s putting out feelers in the press, saying he’s fighting to bring his children home to the UK so they can know and enjoy their heritage? Here’s what we know so far.

What To Expect From Prince Harry’s Upcoming Visa Records Case

Prince Harry is far from being the biggest fish that Donald Trump is frying right now. Thousands of Mexicans have been deported, prompting superstar Selena Gomez to share a video where she shed tears for her people.

On Feb. 5, Prince Harry’s visa records case will face its first major court hearing under Donald Trump’s presidency. A federal judge has ordered Harry and his accusers – a US think tank in the name of The Heritage Foundation – to appear on that date in Washington, DC.

The case is set for a 2 o’clock hearing by Judge Carl J Nichols, marking a significant step in the think tank’s lawsuit against Department of Homeland Security over the Duke’s immigration papers.

According to the foundation, if Harry is going to admit to taking drugs in his memoir ‘Spare,’ he should also conform to the Freedom of Information Act and let everyone know how he got into America, despite his drug using ways.

Trump, as we know, is far from being any kind of fan of the Sussexes, and has so far made it clear that America won’t be footing their security bills. So you can guess how significant it is that this case is happening during Trump’s regime.

What Donald Trump Has Said About Prince Harry’s Possible Deportation Over Visa Records Case

In his bestselling memoir ‘Spare,’ Harry admitted to using cannabis, magic mushrooms, cocaine and ayahuasca, and if he did, The Heritage Foundation is arguing that it should affect his visa application, not unless he was granted a special pass.

If his visa documents are made public and it turns out he is in the US based on preferential treatment or that he lied about his drug use, our dear old Prince could face deportation back to England. And that should hurt because last I heard, he’s really loving the atmosphere in sunny California.

What has Trump said about this? Well, in his chat with GB News’ Nigel Farage, he said: “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”

So I guess Princey’s got nothing to worry about if he told the truth, all the truth, and nothing but the truth, or something like that.
