Prince Harry Upset About The Backlash Meghan Markle’s Netflix Show Received?

Meghan Markle’s lifestyle show received a lot of mixed reactions from fans and critics alike when it premiered on Netflix last week.

Many saw it as bland, uninspiring and offering very little in the way of entertaining guests. Others chose to see it as Meghan doing what she does best: exalting herself.

Despite all this, the show still managed to land in the top ten with 2.6 million views, and has been renewed by Netflix for a second season.

“Sensitive” Harry Would Have Been Affected By Backlash Meghan’s Show Received

While Prince Harry’s ‘Polo’ series may have done very little to justify the amount of money spent on it, it certainly didn’t receive as much criticisms as Meghan’s show did.

With a 2.9/10 rating on IMDb, many have chosen to call the newly launched show “outdated” and “unrelatable.”

This would no doubt sting Harry, perhaps even more than it stings Meghan, due to his “sensitive” nature, or so a royal expert believes.

In a recent chat with Fabulous, Ingrid Seward, the Editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine claimed that Harry’s “sensitive” nature would make him more susceptible to the criticisms ‘With Love, Meghan’ received than other interested parties.

She told Fabulous: “Harry always got very, very upset when his wife was criticised, going right back to before their engagement. He complained and said ‘would they please leave Meghan alone?’ But Harry is super sensitive, so I should think he’s loathing this backlash against Meghan and just thinking that it’s just the ‘unkind Brits’. I think that he gets very upset by all these things.”

Apart from getting the greenlight to make another season of her show – “Lettuce romaine calm… or not(!) because I’m thrilled to share that Season 2 of ‘With Love, Meghan’ is coming!” – Meghan will be launching a new podcast series via Lemonada called ‘Confessions of a Female Founder.’ It will be arriving on April 8.

Per the official description, listeners will get the chance “to be a fly on the wall as Meghan sits down for candid conversations with female founders and friends” to talk about all things business-related.
