Eric Brady’s Return To Salem?

Current Days of Our Lives storylines dictate that Eric is living his best life with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and their son, Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty), in Paris.

Ericole traveled a long and hard road to their reunion, and fans were excited when they finally reached their happily ever after, even if it meant that they both needed to head off canvas.

But is there trouble in paradise? Is this why Eric will return to Salem? Will his visit be a long or short run?

It’s hard to say at this point; it’s also difficult to know whether or not Nicole and Jude will come with him (if Arianne Zucker could reprise the role, or the character could be recast). Still, here’s what we know so far.

Robert Scott Wilson (Alex Kiriakis) shared some Days of Our Lives behind-the-scenes photos on his Instagram Stories recently, and one of the photos he included was of Vaughan. The actor is clearly back on set, but the “why” seems uncertain.

What Brings Eric Brady Back To Town?

It’s important to note that as the soap films several months ahead, there could be a variety of reasons why Eric is returning to Salem.

From the sounds of things, Vaughan has already filmed other returns for appearances that are scheduled before this one, including the daytime drama’s 60th anniversary milestone.

With that said, many fans would love to see Eric return for an extended storyline, so only time will tell.
