90 Day Fiance star Liz Woods said that she was inundated by TLC fans who wanted to know her secret to lose weight. So, she dished it all on social media this weekend. Read on to find out more.

TLC Star Liz Woods Lost Weight, Fell Ill

90 Day Fiance fans didn’t know that the ex of Big Ed Brown had been unwell until she mentioned it in a comment on social media. As she talked about chemotherapy, some people assumed she had an immune illness. So, rumors started that she had lupus.  

Liz Woods didn’t have lupus and in another recent post, she confirmed that she has cancer. In her most recent post about weight loss, she explained that some of that came from being unwell. However, she lost a significant amount of weight by following an exercise and food plan before her diagnosis. 

Liz Woods Details Her Food Plan

This weekend, TLC fans saw the entire plan that the 90 Day Fiance star has been following. Obtained “3 times from different coaches,” she advised that people “join a gym and also do any group classes, workout on your own, [and] dance to YouTube dance videos.”

On Instagram, Liz Woods outlined the basic food plan first. In a screenshot, she said her “meal plan” includes “3 meals and 2 snacks a day.” There is “1 snack in-between meals -1/2 a portion of protein for your snack.” She added:

BREAKFAST – PORTION OF PROTEIN, PORTION OF CARBS, PORTION OF VEGGIES, NO FAT

SNACK – ½ PORTION OF PROTIEN

LUNCH – PORTION OF PROTEIN, PORTION OF CARBS, PORTION OF VEGGIES, NO FAT

SNACK – ½ PORTION OF PROTIEN

DINNER – PORTION OF PROTEIN, PORTION OF VEGGIES, PORTION OF FAT, NO CARBS
