Liz Johnston Accused Of Telling Lies About Her Job

7 Little Johnstons Season 15 currently airs, and TLC fans are now accusing Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston of telling lies about her job. She went off to study nursing, but it seems that she’s not a registered nurse in Georgia. 

The Focus On Raising Baby Leighton 

The arrival of Leighton sees the latest TLC season showing that Liz Johnston seems possessive of her baby when it comes to Brice trying to be a dad. But, she’s not always around because she has to work. And that explains why Amber and Trent seem so dedicated to the baby. 

Of course, the season also focuses on Anna Johnston becoming estranged from her family. But, it’s Liz Johnston who takes heat because 7 Little Johnstons fans think she lies about her job. On Reddit, some TLC fans think she’s silly because if she is nursing, then it is easily checked out. 

Is Liz A Nurse?

TLC fans are convinced that Liz gave up her studies to become a nurse. One reason is that some people believe she manages her baby as if she never heard of nurturing care. One of them mentioned that she once said she was working as a “dialysis assistant/ technician.” But, that doesn’t mean Liz Johnston is a qualified nurse.

The OP, u/Salty_Ad_8360 raised the subject about the 7 Little Johnstons star on March 4. They wrote:

It’s so weird to me that Liz mentions in the new episode that she is a nurse. I looked it up again and when her name is searched in the Georgia liscencing website, she is not listed as having her RN or LPN. It’s so strange to lie about this.

Others agreed that it seemed very strange. And, others accused the TLC star of telling lies.

TLC Fans React In The Comments

One follower wrote, “Yeah why the hell you would lie about something that is easily proven/disproven on national television is wild to me.”

More comments followed, and they were not very complimentary:

• They (collectively as a family) probably think that anyone who works in a hospital or medical building, in any capacity with sick/unwell people, is a nurse.
• She’s so clueless she probably has zero clue it’s easy to find that info.
• Why are they lying about something that is easily verifiable? If she wants to be a nurse so badly she needs to finish her education to do so.

Another participant explained more about Liz and her qualifications. They noted, “She’s a medical assistant also known as a patient care technician. She probably took a[n] 8-week course and got her certificate.” Then they opined, “How embarrassing that she putting herself in the same bucket as real nurses who had to go through tough school to get to where they are at.”
