Leida Margaretha: New Charges Against Her Revealed

90 Day Fiancé alums Eric Rosenberg and Leida Margaretha have both been in the news recently due to the woman from  Indonesia running into legal problems. Now, TLC fans found out about the new charges against her.

Leida Margaretha Arrested Multiple Times

The most recent report about the 90 Day Fiancé alum alleged that she was arrested for alleged Domestic Violence this month. That marks just one alleged crime by the Season 6 alum. In October last year, the the Portage Police Department stated that the TLC alum was arrested for alleged theft, wire fraud, and other financial crimes involving Loggerhead Deco where she worked.  

Leida Margaretha had some of her felony charges dropped, but others are pending from Juneau County in Wisconsin. Additionally, the former 90 Day Fiancé star managed to get a Temporary Restraining Order against herself for alleged harassment of a business owner.  This week, her DV charges arrived via influencer, John Yates on Instagram. 

Leida Margaretha – Alleged DV Crimes

John Yates shared some documents about the TLC star’s DV charges. The court documents mentioned, “Intentionally Mistreat Animals, Disorderly Conduct, Use of a Dangerous Weapon, [and] Bail Jumping-Felony.” There is also a no-contact order which seems to involve her husband, Eric Rosenberg.

Unhappy with the mounting legal  issues involving Leida Margaretha, the 90 Day Fiancé guru said in his caption:

Leida’s charges are in – wow just wow just when you thought another human being couldn’t be any more deplorable. Moreover it looks like Eric has a no contact order on her, she had bail set for 1000 and if she makes it (idk how) she ain’t sleeping home tonight.

Scott Wern, another TLC alum was one of the first to comment, saying, in part, “…I guess she isn’t a dog lover.. can’t trust her around my beautiful Ali.”

Other TLC Fans Comment

Many people can’t recall Eric Rosenberg and Leida Margaretha on 90 Day Fiancé. But, that didn’t stop them from expressing their disgust. Here are some of their reactions:

• Abuse of animals is not proper.
• Oh and an animal abuser as well. Would love to have her in front of me…
• Can’t they be proper & deport her?
• I didn’t have to read past “mistreat animals”. Tells me all I need to know.
• Oh great! She abuses animals too. Lock her up and throw away the key. No excuse for that BS.
• It would be great if something like this could waive [Eric’s] obligation to have to support her. I hope she ends up being on Trump’s deportation list.
