Leida Margaretha & Eric Rosenberg Accused Of Scamming?

Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenberg appeared in Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance and TLC fans did not like the woman from Indonesia. Last year, Leida was accused of taking money from a company she worked for and arrests followed. Now, someone alleges that Leida and Eric were involved in scamming.

Leida Margaretha Filed For Divorce

Eric, a military veteran had a daughter and Leida wanted her sent away from their home. So, TLC fans hoped the marriage would end. In February last year, word arrived that she filed for a divorce. However, there are some rumors that she later pulled the filing. It is not clear whether she and Eric Rosenberg are still together in 2025. 

Leida Margaretha ended up being arrested multiple times. Some felony charges were withdrawn, but others are still pending. In the meantime, news arrived via John Yates this week, that someone named Rachel had filed for a Temporary Restraining Order against Leida. 90 Day Fiance fans are fed up and think it’s high time that she was deported. 

Eric Rosenberg Was A Scammer Along With Leida Margaretha?

It might be a coincidence that scamming allegations arrived from someone also named Rachel. 90 Day Fiance guru, John Yates shared that news as well. Sharing a screenshot of the scamming allegations, John said in his caption, “More comments from people that Leida and Eric scammed together.”

Speaking about Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenberg, Rachel said, in part:

Wisconsin Businesses Beware: I was approached by Leida Margaretha and her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, to take family photos…I agreed, and was happy to deliver the photos upon receipt of payment. At her session, she was required to pay remaining balance. She claimed she mailed it and I trusted her word, and awaited payment before delivering images. In the mail, I received a partial check which did not cover the balance. Leida became defensive, and sent another check. I felt suspicious, so I did a quick Google search to discover this woman’s excessive history of fraud, bad checks / wiring money.

Explaining more about the TLC stars, the complaint noted that the photo was held back as some payment was still due. So, the former 90 Day Fiance stars allegedly used a false name, and Leida Margaretha and Eric were accused of giving her bad ratings for her business. Allegedly, they will only fix the rating if they get their photos.
