Leida Margaretha Arrested For Alleged DV In 2025

90 Day Fiance alum Leida Margaretha came from the Philippines to marry Eric Rosenburg, a military veteran, and TLC fans quickly decided they didn’t like her. Mainly, it was because she wanted her man to stop supporting his daughter. Since then, she has been arrested multiple times, and now she has been arrested again in 2025.

90 Day Fiance fans recently heard that someone accused Eric Rosenburg and his wife of being scammers. The complaint came from a photographer who claimed they were being blackmailed into providing free photos. Apart from that, TLC fans were angry because although she got one federal charge dropped, she faced others for theft of money at work. 

TLC fans also shared that someone else had filed for a temporary restraining order against Leida Margaretha. Whatever happened, it affected an American who was claiming harassment by someone who wasn’t even a citizen of the country. So, a lot of 90 Day Fiance fans expressed their outrage that she is still living Stateside. She’d filed for divorce from Eric Rosenburg but seemed to have changed her mind. Was it because she needed to be married to stay in the USA?

90 Day Fiance guru, John Yates shared that Leida had posted on her stories about alleged violence against her by her husband. And. she shared about why she filed for a divorce. He also shared a photo of her new mug shot.

In his opinion, Leida Margaretha had posted the stories quickly just before her arrest on January 24 for alleged domestic violence. In his caption, he wrote, in part:

…Right before Leida gets arrested she posts these to her story. And for those of you around long enough this is not the first time Leida and Eric …have been “handsy” nor has it been the first time they filed tor divorce…This is my opinion, it looks like right before she was going to get pinched she ran to the bathroom posted to her story, gave herself a quick rinse and a onceover cause that mugshot is throwing off too much coquettish ingenue for my liking.

TLC Fans React To The DV

It’s clear to fans that Leida Margaretha has some issues. Here are some of their reactions:

• …These are the immigrants that need to be deported not the ones picking our produce.
• Why is she still in this country?
• That don’t even look like a bruise … she lie.
• She pinched herself… reminds me of siblings when one pinches themselves and tries to blame it on the other sibling to get them in trouble.
