Karine Martins: Baby Daddy Steps Up Amid GoFundMe Woes

Karine Martins, the 90 Day Fiance alum, expects a baby, but not by her estranged husband, Paul Staehle. Her baby daddy seems to be stepping up for her judging by a recent social media post. It comes amid the TLC alum’s desperate pleas for help with financial assistance.

The Baby Daddy Steps Up?

On March 16, Blogger John Yates shared a hand-written letter addressed to Karine. His Instagram post showed a photo of her baby daddy with her, and he seems a bit more mature than Paul.

In his letter, Michael wrote, “Dear Karine,” before saying, “I know God brought us together for a reason.” Clearly religious, he added, “Ever since we’ve met and been together we have both been closer to God and this is a huge sign!”

The letter to the TLC alum also said, “Those who pray together, stay together,” noting that “You are my soul-mate and the love of my life. I’ll never stop loving you, fighting for you and your kids.” Baby Daddy Michael ended by telling Karine Martins, “I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I love [you] always…Your man, Michael.”

Does She Still Need The GoFundMe?

Five months ago, Monsters and Critics reported that Karine denied her pregnancy, but she was open about it in her GoFundMe. In it, on the weekend, the 90 Day Fiance star pleaded for money, setting a target of $50K to prevent “Kentucky House Bill 574” from making it possible for the state to take her newborn. Additionally, she wanted money for arrears to the guardians of Ethan and Pierre, and more. 

In the discussion area on the Instagram post, one TLC follower suggested, “Then he needs to find a way to come up with the money.”

Alarmingly, another person suggested that Michael might be a grifter. They wrote, “He is a well known scammer in this area! #savethekids #tprpaul&karinesparentrights.” However, it wasn’t possible to verify that.

Of course, there is also no way to know if Michael is able to raise that kind of money So, while he might step up for his baby and Karine. she probably still needs the fundraiser.
