Is Roby Brown Wanting Polygamy Again Just A Storyline?

Sister Wives fans don’t believe that Robyn Brown really wants polygamy although she recently claimed she can’t see herself living without it. Well, there are a lot of skeptics, and some TLC fans seem convinced it’s nothing more than a storyline by the producers. Read on for more information.

Roby Brown & Kody Want More Wives?

Even before Christine Brown left the family, TLC fans were convinced that Kody would find another wife. However, instead of finding more women, he lost three of them. That left only Robyn, who can’t deal with monogamy. Instead, she wants another wife.

According to a recent episode of Sister Wives, Robyn Brown and her daughters hunt for a church. Interestingly, they look at interdenominational churches instead of the Apostolic United Brethren church. That’s a contraction right there. That’s because as much as she wants polygamy Kody Brown’s sole remaining wife doesn’t believe that polygamy can work outside of the AUB.

Robyn Brown Has Conditions For More Wives

E! News reported that Breanna and Aurora’s mom seemed stuck. She cannot imagine life without being a polygamist, but she insists they be part of the AUB to do that. And there’s the rub because even Kody Brown admitted that he’s not interested in that. In fact, he even admitted that he might have raised his kids in a cult.

Sister Wives fans watched Robyn Brown systematically demolish the polygamous family. And, despite her denials, nobody believes her. There’s just too much obvious footage where she manipulated the relationships between her husband and the  OG3. And his kids. 

Just A Storyline About Polygamy?

The outlet shared the news that the Sister Wives star said, “If I had a guarantee that it would be something that would be beneficial and we would have a positive successful experience, I would be interested in living plural marriage again.” However, it was met with derision by TLC fans.

In comments on social media, TLC fans begin to suspect that it’s all just a mountain of smoke and mirrors to keep Kody Brown and Robyn Brown on the show with a storyline. Here are some of their reactions:

• Oh, because she is such a successful plural wife. We just had 18 seasons showing why NOBODY should be a plural wife and definitely not with Robyn!!!!
• She needs to say that so they can have a story line. Them searching for another wife would be so cringe!! But we would all watch.
• She loves the drama. But the bottom line, her “life” is literally a show. It’s for entertainment. Producers lead it with topics and situations. For example Meri “asking” Kody to help her move. So obvious, but still has ratings so…
