GH William Lipton Shares Exciting Details Of New Project

General Hospital (GH) spoilers remind fans that actor William Lipton stepped away from his Port Charles role as Cameron Webber in 2023 to focus on his college studies and music projects, although it was nice to see him for a quick run during the 2024 holiday season.

The actor recently jumped on social media to update his followers on a new gig he has going on in 2025.

Gneral Hospital’s William Lipton Announces New Project On Instagram

Lipton hopped on Instagram to post a series of photos from filming on a new set. He notes in the caption, “I had the incredible privilege of working on my dear friend’s directorial debut!!!”

Lipton goes on to say, “So immensely grateful to have had this experience with such talented individuals in front and behind the camera. Special shoutout to [Lighthouse Films] for being so awesome.”

The actor added, “So proud of u li and can’t wait for everyone to see this beautiful project.”
Lipton’s friend he’s referring to in the IG post is Lilah Pate, who also hopped on the social media platform about the project. She notes the entire thing was the ‘best experience’ of her artistic life.

She adds, “I had the HONOR of directing my first short film, which I wrote and funded myself. Forever grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. Can’t wait to share it with you all soon!”

Pate and Lipton have worked together in The Summer I Turned Pretty as well as Outer Banks.

GH Spoilers – Co-Star Rushes To Comments Section

Lilah Pate hit Lipton’s comment section on the Instagram post, thanking him for believing in her. She also added another comment stating she, “Could not be more grateful” for William.

Fellow GHer, Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks) also hit the comment section stating, “So wonderful!!!!” with two waterdrop emojis, and three blue heart emojis.

GH fans also ran to the comment section, with positive notes and thoughts, including some who let Lipton know how much he is missed in the land of Port Charles.
