GH Steve Burton Teases Gun Action In Jason Morgan’s Future With BTS Photo

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has toned down the mob adventure in his life after Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) demise.

As Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) sole caretaker, Jason realizes that keeping himself safe is the only way to ensure he can be there for his son when the teen needs him.

Still, Jason isn’t quite out of the mob yet, and a recent social media post has had fans buzzing.

Steve Burton loves to share behind-the-scenes action with GH fans on social media, and this past week, he dropped a doozy!

Burton added a BTS photo on his Instagram Stories of Jason holding a gun and seemingly ready to strike, which has left many viewers speculating on what happens next.

Will Jason get involved in the crossfire of some mob action, or is he holding this gun to enact some revenge on enemies?

The Opportunities Are Endless

While Jason has vowed to avoid mob danger for Danny’s sake, and is looking into an exit strategy, something could happen that “sucks him back in”.

First off, fans know that there has been speculation that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was behind the explosion at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse.

Jason watched his nephew, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), scream for help as he was engulfed in flames, and is looking for justice.

The mob henchman was recently brought into the loop about Sidwell surfacing in the land of Port Charles.

While he has no concrete proof that Sidwell did anything if something surfaces, Jason will have no objection to grabbing his gun, shooting first, and dealing with the repercussions, later.

Then again, Michael could be looking for vengeance against another criminal in the little town.

Jason is slated to have a chat with Danny, and it looks like his son will not only fill him in on the fact that Sam was murdered but also that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is the number one suspect. Would Jason shoot Cyrus to avenge Sam’s death? This is a likely scenario, too!
