GH Spoilers Weekly Update: Lois’ Cover-Up, Sidwell’s Summoning, Isaiah’s New Bond

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 3, 2025, are here! Next week, fans can expect Lois Curello (Rena Sofer) to frantically cover her tracks.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is summoned by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Also, Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) befriends Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Keep reading and let’s discuss what is coming up next week in the ABC soap opera.

Lois Cerullo’s Frantic Cover-Up

During the week of March 3, fans can expect Lois to frantically cover her tracks. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) can’t have a baby in the traditional sense.

Chase suggested to BLQ that they could have a baby through Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). However, BLQ wasn’t up for that idea.

It appears we are getting closer to the truth about Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) being exposed.

As fans know, Gio is the son of BLQ and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). However, BLQ and Dante don’t know it yet.

A preview clip for Monday shows Gio turning to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for help. The young violinist specifically mentions that Dante is the only one who really understands. Could Gio already know the truth?

If Lois gets wind that the adoption secret is coming apart… she will definitely try to frantically cover up the evidence. 

By the end of the week, Lois and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) do not agree on an issue. Is it possible Ned knows already?

Brook Lynn said she only told her mother, but Lois must have confided in someone over the years.

Jenz Sidwell’s Summoning

Over with Alexis, she gets a surprise summoning. This isn’t from a judge but to Wyndermere.

As fans know, Sidwell now lives at Wyndemere and is making fast connections in a very scary way. So, what will Sidwell propose, and how will Alexis react?

This is probably connected to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) asking a favor from Alexis. 

Isaiah Gannon’s Bond

At the hospital, Willow decides to befriend Isaiah. Even though many are hard on Willow regarding Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), Isaiah won’t be.

Isaiah has a way of dealing with people that makes them really hear him. So, while the chat might start off about a patient, it could lead to Willow getting a reality check.

Speaking of Drew, he will threaten Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Then, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) gets a threat as well.

This might not be from Drew, but could be about Brad Cooper (Van Hansis) giving Selina Wu (Lydia Look) evidence of Portia’s test tampering.

Week of March 3, 2025

General Hospital spoilers for next week also state that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) asks Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for help. Does this have anything to do with finding Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez)? 

Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) has an update for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) frets about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
