GH Spoilers Weekly Update: Brick’s Intel, Liz & Ric’s Crash, Anniversary Episode

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 31, 2025, have been released. Fans can expect Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to have intel.

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) shows up at Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) crash site.

Plus, there is a special anniversary episode. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Tragic Car Crash

First of all, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) cut the brakes from what she thought was Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) car.

However, it was Ric’s vehicle. Kristina realized she made a terrible mistake and tried to fix it. However, Kristina will be too late.

It seems that Lucky runs right into the crash site. Seeing an accident is scary enough, but can one imagine seeing a loved one as the victim?

Liz must be pretty bad off. Lucky is powerless and screams for the EMTs to do everything they can for her. 

After the crash, Ava gets shocking information. Does this have to do with Kristina’s actions?

Surely the investigative report wouldn’t come back this quickly. Maybe the intel is actually about Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) heart condition.

Brick’s Intel

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 31 reveal that Sonny and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) plans are ruined. However, a preview clip for the next episode suggests the trail isn’t cold yet.

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) get on the same page. 

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) shares a meal with Sonny. While they are longtime allies, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) mentioned it recently as did Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). It seems that Laura could face some political trouble due to her dynamic with the mob boss.

Week of March 31, 2025

Fans can also expect Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) to open up to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Kai will probably tell Trina what Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had to say and the generous offer.

However, Trina (and GH fans) know Drew can’t be trusted and nothing is really free. Feeling betrayed, Drew faces off with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). 

Also, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) gets a push from Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) gets closer to Jason.

The pregnant Port Charles character will also issue a warning to someone.  Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) get into a vicious argument.  Portia decides to lay down the law.

Plus, Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) fate is decided. There will also be a special episode airing on Tuesday. It will be to honor GH’s 62nd anniversary and the opening of the Dr. Monica Quartermaine Cardiac Care Center.
