General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, January 15 tease prudent warnings, custody arguments and desperate measures!
Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) delivers a prudent warning, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) incites a custody argument, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has to take desperate measures!
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is at the Port Charles Police Department with what sounds like an order for Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)!
She is very sure of both herself and her information when she tells her to get a warrant and arrest Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)!
Anna will question a suspect, presumably Cyrus although at this point he’s only a person of interest with no physical evidence to tie him to the crimes.
That is, unless Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) is cooperating and sharing the photos taken at Rice Plaza showing him stabbing Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
Perhaps, this time he is cooperative given he’s the one who sent Josslyn on a trail of breadcrumbs for intel.

Elsewhere, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) explains herself to her great-aunt Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) who listens with a serious look on her face. Emma’s serious too, as she tells her that she makes her own choices, and that’s never going to change.
There was quite the Scorpio family kerfuffle when Emma first showed up in town, and Anna found out she got expelled from college. Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) hadn’t even known about it, and that certainly wasn’t cool!
Anna took her granddaughter to task, but from the looks of Emma’s conversation with Felicia, it didn’t do much good!

Lucky may still be at Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) place, where Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) had turned up earlier, talking about Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) digitalis dosing.
Lucas wanted Elizabeth to know that she is no longer under suspicion, or will be, because she is on suspension from GH until the mystery is solved.
With the information Josslyn talked to Lucky about earlier, they discussed Cyrus being the culprit behind the digitalis killings, although they couldn’t quite tie it together.
It sounds like Elizabeth wants to do some investigation of Cyrus herself, and Lucky knows how dangerous he is even though he wasn’t in Port Charles for years. He is very serious as he tells her he doesn’t want her going anywhere near him!

In the meanwhile, Drew is arguing with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and trying to shut her down-he doesn’t want his daughter staying with Alexis.
Alexis looks with shock and horror as he tries to convince her that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) might be exactly what Emily “Scout” Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) needs. What she needs is stability, but she won’t have it in DC with her father!
If she stays in Port Charles with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and her grandmas and aunts she’ll have it.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Carly is reeling as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) look on.
Willow has forbidden Michael’s family from visiting him while he’s in ICU or having any say as to his medical treatments-using him as a bargaining chip.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) put an end to the agreement that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had made.
It’s likely Tracy knew nothing about that arrangement but she wasn’t going to let Willow have the children, because they’re Quartermaines. Carly is freaking out, telling Jason and Sasha she has to do something, Drew hasn’t given her any choice!

There are a lot of scary games happening in Port Charles right now, but Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sees something real scary in a football game on tv!
She’s with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) at what looks like the Red Dog Bar, as she shouts in fear up at the tv on the wall.
She seems scared to death at what is likely a tackle, perhaps not understanding what’s happening. It appears Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) could be injured on the football field, as she shouts, “Kai’s not getting up”!
