General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, February 26 tease shocking news, takedown promises, and life changing decisions!

Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) gets shocking news, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) gives takedown promises, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) makes a life changing decision!

Shocking News

In the midst of Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) struggle over Chase’s infertility, Chase delivers shocking news!

He tells a blindsided Brook Lynn he came up with a way for them to have a baby of their own; if he’s sterile, how would that be possible?

Perhaps he’s talking about getting a sperm donor who’s closely related and Brook Lynn having an embryo implanted, so the baby would be the next best thing to their own?

Or perhaps it’s a motility problem and he discovered a new procedure to make an embryo with his own sperm?

Granted, second opinions never hurt, but how they could have a baby that’s both their own is a puzzler!

Pressing Questions

Meanwhile, at the PCPD Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is still in custody as one the alternate  assistant district attorneys (most recently Jennifer Arden, played by Jennifer Field)  has pressing questions for Drew.

He was called into the PCPD to give Jason an alibi and the ADA presses Drew, “Was Mr. Morgan with you at that time or not?”

Drew’s under pressure because if he lies, he’ll have Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) down his throat for sure, and possibly Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)!

It won’t have a good impression on Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) who’s with him, for that matter!

Takedown Promises

In the meantime, after a previous request  to  Stella, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gets his answer-she tells him she thinks they have a way to take down Drew.

Most likely, she doesn’t know about Drew being at the PCPD to vouch for Jason at the moment, and neither does Curtis, unless someone called him and told him!

Considering before all his plastic surgery before he was run over when he first came to Port Charles he and Jason were identical twins, their DNA should match.

If Stella and Curtis are aware Jason’s been brought in on suspicion of murder, what are they plotting?

Drew would have motive to take down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), although it would have been months ago-what exactly does Stella have up her sleeve?

Carly Talks To Anna

Of course Carly believes in Jason and doesn’t believe he killed Cyrus and she’s talking to Anna at the PCPD. She tells her she need to find Cyrus’ killer so she can thank them! 

If she knew who his killer really was she may still thank them, but she’d be shaken knowing it was her daughter Josslyn!

There are things going on behind the scenes that Carly has no idea of, and neither she or Anna would be pleased, although Anna may not be surprised.

It wasn’t that long ago that Anna told Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) to stay away from her granddaughter Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) perhaps not to recruit her!

Life-Changing Decisions

In the meantime, Josslyn has returned to the WSB field office where she is confronting Brennan.

She apparently repeats something back he’s told her, namely, if she doesn’t cooperate with his plans for her he could send her to prison!

He already told her when she didn’t feel right about Jason taking the fall, and his admitting the WSB planted the evidence, she needed to “toe the line”.

What will she do-she doesn’t believe that Jason won’t be convicted with no body found like Brennan said, and he threatened to produce a body with evidence she did the deed!

Or, there may be another option-will Josslyn go over his head and report him for setting her up to confront Cyrus and framing Jason?
