‘GH’ Spoilers: Valentin’s Treachery—Throws Brennan to the Wolves and Cuts a Deal!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is stuck between a rock and a hard place right now, so could he strike up a deal with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

During the Monday, March 17 episode, the mob boss caught Valentin in the middle of his home at night.

Valentin returned to grab some documents and fake passports he had hidden, as this was his old house, just as Sonny pulled out a gun to stop him. What will Valentin do to get out of this tight spot?

Valentin Offers Up Intel

During the Tuesday, March 18 show, Valentin will offer up some intel. Looks like he’ll exchange some information for his freedom.

Still, considering Valentin was behind Sonny’s bipolar medication switch last summer, the Cassadine will need to provide something solid for the vengeful mob boss to let him go.

As much as Sonny wants to see Valentin pay for what he did, there’s one major piece of intel he’s dying to learn more about: who blew up his penthouse. Is Valentin privy to this information?

Was Brennan Behind It?

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is a hard character to read. One moment, he seems like a “good guy” and the next, a master manipulator. When he first came to Port Charles in late 2023, Brennan tried to get closer to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to get to Sonny.

After he was arrested for attacking Carly in Bobbie’s shortly after, Brennan headed to prison. He was linked to the whole Pikeman affair at one point, until it was clear that Valentin was leading that ship.

Once Brennan was released from prison, he seemed as if he was on the up and up, that is, until Chris McKenna slipped into the role in February.

The device used to blow up Sonny’s penthouse, which caused his son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to fight for his life and suffer from third-degree burns, was a WSB design. Could Valentin have the information that could link Brennan to this crime (even if Brennan isn’t attached to it)?

Then again, maybe Brennan is linked to it; maybe his focus has never wavered to bringing Sonny down, even after his prison release. Only time will tell as to whether or not Valentin can offer the information Sonny wants, so that he can go free.
