GH Spoilers Tuesday, January 28: Helpful Friends, Exasperated Grandmas, Expected Results

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Tuesday, January 28 tease helpful friends, exasperated grandmas, and expected results!

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) wants to help, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is exasperated, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tells someone they got their expected results!

General Hospital Spoilers: Alone But Not Alone

In Germany, at the Baden-Baden burn clinic where Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is being treated, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) asks why someone’s being so nice to her.

Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) had shown up unexpectedly when Carly was upset over not being allowed to visit Michael.

They had spent some time together in Carly’s hotel suite, and had ordered room service, and Jack was going to see if he could help with the visitation situation.

Jack wasn’t for sure that he could help but at least he was going to try, apparently knowing someone who works there. Carly now is wistful and asks “why are you being so nice to me”?

GH Spoilers: Helpful Friends

Back in Port Charles, someone else also has a helpful friend, as Trina tries to encourage a dejected Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

He had been told by the orthopedic doctor who treated him at GH that he would never be able to play football again, due to the injury he suffered.

Trina tells Kai she wants to help, and asks that he will let her-perhaps she’ll suggest getting a second opinion before he gives up for good.

He doesn’t appear to have anything more serious than a broken arm from the tackle he endured at the game that was televised, because it was such an important one. After all, it’s not like he’s in a body cast, it’s just a sling.

General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis Davis Is Reeling

As Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) reel from the news Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) just delivered, Alexis wants to take charge!

She and Molly find out from Portia that Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) untimely death wasn’t an accident, it was intentional.

An ongoing investigation had been taking place in GH after the deaths of Sam, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and an earlier patient from digitalis overdoses.

There was also an attempt on Michael’s life but Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) administered an antidote in time.

Alexis tells Portia in no uncertain terms, “she’s MY daughter and I’m going to find the answers”!

GH Spoilers: Crucial Questions

Elsewhere, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is having a motherly talk with her and Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) daughter, Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton).

Brook Lynn looks a little bit disturbed at her mother’s question, as it seems to be an admission for something Lois herself had done.

She gets up close and personal, trying to keep the conversation quiet, as she asks if Brook Lynn felt like she was pushed to do something she didn’t want to do?

Of course, it may not be about anything personal at all-she could be referring to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) pushing for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) to be hired at Deception.

Brook Lynn and Lulu have been rivals going back many years, so it is an awkward situation for Lulu to be Brook Lynn’s assistant.

General Hospital Spoilers: Speaking Of Tracy Pushing—

Meanwhile, at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy is being her usual pushy self, with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) standing behind her.

Tracy points the finger at someone who’s come bearing news, and saying in a bossy manner, “That’s YOUR plan”. It sounds like Tracy isn’t happy with a plan someone has either presented to her or brought to fruition.

There’s a good chance the plan mentioned has something to do with Willow Corinthos  (Katelyn MacMullen) and her children staying in the gatehouse, which was a plan brokered by Jason. Might Tracy be changing her mind about the situation and fighting back?

GH Spoilers: Exasperated Grandmas

Elsewhere, Anna’s exasperated as Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) tells her something Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) has done.

Felicia had caught Emma at the bar where Trina had been with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) watching the game Kai was injured in, and she was drinking underage. When she confronted Emma,

Emma told her she would do exactly what she wanted and no one was going to tell her what to do. She was also being quite rude to others there. This is likely what Felicia is talking about to Anna, who asks, what’s her granddaughter done now?

General Hospital Spoilers: Expected Results

It looks like Jason is also at the Quartermaine mansion, and he may be the one who Tracy is arguing with-he’s angry as he says “You got exactly what you want”!

Tracy had been holding Michael and Willow’s children captive and having Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) watching them, when Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) wasn’t chauffeuring them around. She claimed that it was Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) who had the idea to keep Willow away from the children.

More likely, it may have been more Tracy’s idea than Monica’s, but now Willow and the kids are at the gatehouse.

Drew Quartermaine, (Cameron Mathison) however is banned from the property so effectively, Drew is forcibly separated from Michael’s wife!
