GH Spoilers: Trina Takes The Sorbonne Offer – Will She Find Amnesiac Spencer In Paris?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is finally starting to heal from the death of her great love, Spencer Cassadine (last played by Nicholas Alexander Chavez), and is starting to get involved with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

Last year, Trina was planning to attend the Sorbonne in Paris, but Spencer’s death in Paris courtesy of Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) changed all that, and she returned to Port Charles.

For a long time, Trina did not want to move on with her life, and even neglected to enroll in PCU, but Stella Henry (Vernee Johnson) convinced her to. Now that Trina is back in the swing of things, the Sorbonne could be calling again, and Trina may get another chance to shine in Paris.

Trina Robinson Is Invited Back to the Sorbonne

Trina Robinson will have a decision to make when the Sorbonne invites her back for a semester.

Now that she is settled in Port Charles again, living with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and a potential love interest in Kai, leaving Port Charles would be a tough decision for her.

After much debate and discussing with her parents, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Trina would not want to turn down this great opportunity. She decide to leave Port Charles, and study abroad for the semester.

Spencer Cassadine Is Living in Paris As Someone Else

Since he washed up on the Seine, Spencer has had no idea who he is, and has been living in Paris with no memory of his life in Port Charles.

We could get a hint that this is the case when Trina makes the move to Paris. The question is, will they ever cross paths and will Trina learn the shocking truth that Spencer has been alive all this time? We can only hope.

Trina Robinson and Spencer Cassadine’s Story Will Be On Hold

Since the Spencer recast will indeed take some time, Trina and Spencer may not cross paths right away in Paris. Trina will be busy with her studies, and Spencer, suffering from amnesia, will be in the vicinity, but of course, have no idea who Trina is.

The writers have the fantastic option of picking up this storyline when ready. Just the hint of what’s to come will excite the audience, as Trina and Spencer are a very popular couple.
