GH Spoilers: Tracy Will Lose Cryptgate Against Drew Just in Time To Bury Monica

General Hospital Spoilers leak Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is going toe to toe with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) over the Quartermaine family crypt.

She’s not going to let him use his vendetta against her or the rest of the family to force her into disturbing her parents’ final resting place.

At the same time, some part of Tracy has to know that she may not have a choice.

Drew isn’t backing down, and we know for certain that Tracy will go to her own grave to work this out in her favor.

But rumor has it that Drew has the legal advantage — not because he is a Congressman, but because the crypt is actually abutting and possibly intruding upon public land.

The fans all know we lost Leslie Charleson (Monica Quartermaine) on January 12, 2025, but Monica still lives on, although off-screen.

Will we see cryptgate play out alongside Monica’s death just in time to force one party’s hand? If so, who will give in first?

General Hospital Spoilers — Drew and Monica are on the Outs

Monica hasn’t been well for a long time, but Drew doesn’t seem like he’s really carrying that weight just yet.

However, that could all change when the news hits home that his mother is gone. It’s not likely he’ll even get to say goodbye.

He’s been ostracized from the family over his affair with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). From Monica’s perspective, he’s a parasite and is no longer welcome at the Quartermaine mansion.

Hearing that he wants to disturb the crypt is only going to add fuel to the fire, and if he suspects her disappointment in him was anywhere on her mind when she left this Earth, he may struggle to make peace with his mistakes.

GH Spoilers Spill Tracy and Monica Finally Aren’t

Tracy is no stranger to being on the outs with Monica, but more recently, she opened up to Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) about her respect for Monica.

She also confided in Stella that she doesn’t know how Monica has pulled off being this family’s matriarch for so long — being the glue that keeps them all tethered together no matter what muck they wade through or mud they sling at each other.

Tracy has doubts in her ability to be that glue once Monica is gone, and she may not be expecting it to happen so soon. However, we know Monica’s death is on the horizon.

It’ll be a bittersweet farewell when GH finally says goodbye to Monica/Leslie. The tearful farewell is certain to bring out most of the GH cast that production can get their hands on in one episode.

Saying so long to one of the longest-running cast members is sure to bring real feelings to the surface as the cast pays homage to her through their storylines.

As for that crypt issue, maybe Drew so much as secures his win but lets it all go when Monica passes in an effort to make peace with Tracy and walk away.
