GH Spoilers Thursday, January 30: Crucial Choices, True Confessions, Promise Pact

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, January 30 tease crucial choices, true confessions and promise pacts.

Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) encourages crucial choices, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) makes a true confession, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) a promise pact.

General Hospital Spoilers: Crucial Choices

Continuing a mother-daughter talk with Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) Lois encourages her to make some crucial choices.

She tells Brook Lynn it is her choice to make, after Brook Lynn told her Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is sterile and they discussed the baby Brook Lynn gave away.

Brook Lynn debated on whether to tell Chase, considering the circumstances, and that in spite of choosing not to keep secrets, she’s never told him.

Brook Lynn realized that the baby she gave away as a teenager could likely be her only biological child. She didn’t even know if the baby was a boy or a girl, she didn’t meet the baby at birth.

GH Spoilers: Making Decisions

Brook Lynn, still talking with her mother has made a decision-she tells Lois that she has to tell Chase about the baby she had as a teenager.

She knows even though Chase can’t father a child and it hurts him tremendously, he wants her to be happy and at least she has a child-somewhere, she hopes.

Of course, since Chase is a detective, there is the possibility he’ll want to search for her grown child, put up for adoption.

For that matter, Brook Lynn might want to search for the child-at least to know he or she is alive and doing okay-that could cause some awkward situations!

Lois seems to know a lot more about her grandchild “given up for adoption” than she admits!

General Hospital Spoilers: True Confessions

Elsewhere, Dante makes a true confession to Chase, in relation to briefing him about the horrifying news he learned about the circumstances of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death.

Of course, now that there’s a murder investigation surrounding Sam, another GH patient, and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) Chase needs to know anyway, since he works for the PCPD.

But the horrifying news he learned at GH from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has a sad side effect.

Dante tells Chase that now every time he sees Lulu Spencer, (Alexa Havins) he’ll think of Sam. Sam’s liver donation saved Lulu’s life, so a piece of Sam lives inside of Lulu in a very real way.

GH Spoilers: Lulu And Maxie Talk

Elsewhere, Lulu and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) talk, and Lulu confides in her; it sounds like she feels guilty about a situation.

Maxie tells Lulu that feeling guilty is going to get her nowhere-especially if she’s feeling guilty about something that’s not even her fault.

Lulu was there when Anna told Dante that Sam’s death was a murder, not a medical accident or freak fatal reaction to something.

There’s a good chance she’s talking about feeling guilty for Sam donating her liver, because she wouldn’t have been in the hospital and still alive.

However, Maxie will likely remind her that if she hadn’t, Lulu likely wouldn’t be alive now!

General Hospital Spoilers: Grief And Frustration

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) obviously isn’t taking it well after being informed by Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) that Sam’s death was intentional!

Alexis is in the law office she shares with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and boils over with grief and frustration. She wanted to find Sam’s killer herself, when Portia had told her the police were involved.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will be stunned when they find out as well.

In the meantime, Alexis worries Diane as she flies into rage, throwing files all over the place and screaming she doesn’t know what to do!

GH Spoilers: Promise Pact

Still out on the boathouse deck with Sasha Corbin, (Sofia Mattsson) who just felt her and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) baby kick, makes a promise pact.

Sasha doesn’t want anyone to know that her baby is Michael’s, and she doesn’t want him or her to be a pawn in a twisted custody game involving his older children.

Jason is adamant he will protect her and the baby, and Sasha hadn’t wanted anyone to know the baby is Michael’s but Jason already knew they spent the night together.

But as far as backing away from Sasha or the pregnancy situation, that’s not going to happen-he won’t tell anyone what he knows. But, he does tell Sasha that he will back off the second Michael himself tells him.

General Hospital Spoilers: Asking Favors

Still in Baden-Baden Germany with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) who had a much too close call with Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) needs to ask him a favor.

‘Jackly’ is definitely getting closer, and they likely spent the night together or are going to. Since Carly saved his life and scared Valentin off him as he was trying to strangle him, he was kind of forced to admit part of his “mission”.

At least Carly is getting updates from Michael’s doctors, which was unexpected considering Willow holding his medical proxy.  What might she need Brennan to do for her this time?
