General Hospital Spoilers reveal Natalia Ramierz (Eva LaRue) is accompanying Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on trips to a covert cardiology appointment.

That must mean something, right? Certainly, especially given the lengths she went to just to lie to Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and cover up the real reason for her alleged business trip to Los Angeles.

While it seems as though Natalia has been doing all that she can to make up for her mistreatment of Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), some fans are wondering whether it’s all an act.

We’re still curious where Natalia comes from — and who her elusive ex-husband and son are. Are we about to find out, and if so, will it mean Natalia is closer to an enemy than a friend?

Sonny Corinthos’s Judgement Hasn’t Been Stellar

Sonny has had some trouble in recent years pegging who he can trust — and who he can’t. Often trusting the wrong person, he’s landed in trouble more than a time or two because of his desire to believe the people who claim to love and care about him truly do.

That is not always the case, of course. His recent relationship with Natalia has seemed like a beacon of support, especially with her accompanying him to Los Angeles. However, trust has been a slippery slope for Sonny.

His past is littered with betrayals from those he thought were allies, and with Natalia, there’s a niggling doubt among fans and perhaps even Sonny himself.

Her actions have raised questions about her true intentions. Could Natalia be another in a long line of those who’ve used Sonny’s trust against him, leading him straight into danger?

Leak Natalia LaRue’s Past Might Be Creeping Back In

Natalia’s secretive past and family life have always been a topic of intrigue among GH fans.

There is speculation that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) could be her ex-husband, a man with a reputation for causing trouble wherever he goes. Natalia has kept her cards close to her chest about her family, only revealing bits and pieces when it suits her.

Her son — Eloi — remains a mystery, and the identity of his father even more so. If Sidwell is indeed her ex, it might explain Natalia’s sudden interest in Sonny’s life, perhaps as a means to get close to someone who is at odds with Sidwell — or worse, to manipulate Sonny for her own ends or those of her potentially dangerous ex.

Is Jenz Sidwell To Blame For That Bomb?

The explosive device in Sonny’s penthouse, which nearly claimed Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) life, could very well be the work of Sidwell. If he is indeed Natalia’s ex, the connection between them could be more sinister than anyone imagined.

What if Natalia isn’t just an innocent bystander but rather a co-conspirator in a plot to bring Sonny down? She might be drugging Sonny, thereby contributing to his heart issues. If Natalia is secretly working with Sidwell, her actions could be the key to unraveling Sonny’s empire.

Is she the snake in the grass, using her supposed affection for the don as a cover to execute a more nefarious plan? The fallout from this revelation could be explosive, both literally and metaphorically, as trust within Sonny’s circle is tested once again.
