General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, March 3 tease showdowns, reunions, and an unknown father-son bond! Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) has a showdown, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is hopeful, and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) have an unrealized father-son talk.
Unwilling Favors
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has an unwilling favor to ask, and he asks it of Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) during General Hospital’s Monday episode. In Friday’s episode, he’d told Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) he needed to make a call he really didn’t want to make, and it turns out it was to Lucy! He tells her that there’s something he thinks she can help him with.
Sonny is in the market for a new house, but he needs intel on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) too. Hopefully he is just asking Lucy for her real estate skills, and not to spy on Sidwell … who can forget what happened when she tried to spy on Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy)?
Showdown At The Aurora “Corral”?
Elsewhere, Drew is having a showdown with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and the tensions are really heating up between the two former friends. Drew points his finger in Curtis’ face, Curtis becoming angrier by the minute as Drew says, “You take something from me, I take something from you!”
It looks like it could turn into a showdown at the Aurora “Corral”, but no one has guns, spurs or cowboy hats on! Curtis, with Stella Henry’s (Vernee Watson) help, had devised a plan to ruin Drew’s DC reputation with an acquaintance of hers in politics. Curtis already took Aurora from Drew, and perhaps Drew’s already been confronted by Stella’s politician acquaintance!
Sizzling Reunion?
Elsewhere, Brad is talking to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) during the Monday, March 3 episode, and he obviously has his hopes up for a reconciliation with his ex-husband. Brad looks wistful and hopeful as he looks in Lucas’ eyes and asks, “Are you saying there could be us”? It’s been several years now since the nightmare of the baby swap and Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) is nearly a tween.
The question is, has Lucas experienced enough healing to trust Brad in small doses? Or will Brad be disappointed by his answer, and it turn out to be he misunderstood Lucas?
Unknown Father-Son Bond
Elsewhere, at Bobbie’s, Gio and Dante are meeting for lunch. Gio looks troubled as he talks to Dante, telling him he thinks he might be the one person who gets where he’s coming from. Neither one suspects or realizes they’re having a father-son talk, but Dante could in fact understand Gio’s dilemma more than he knows.
Gio was livid over Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) rant over taking action against Drew with disregarding Scout Quartermaine’s (Cosette Abinante) feelings. Gio understands what it is to lose a mother and not have a father, even though he doesn’t realize they were his adoptive parents.
Taking Risks
In the meantime, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is giving some advice to Damian Spinelli, (Bradford Anderson) and smiles as she tells him, “That’s definitely worth taking the risk!’ Maybe she’s advising him to try going to the next level with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) again, and propose marriage. There was a time they almost got to the altar, all dressed up and all, but didn’t quite make it to marriage at the last minute!
But, they’ve been living together with Maxie’s children, including the one they have together, Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) for over a year now. Maybe it’s time to try, try, again, although it would be taking more than three times to be the charm!

Sasha Corbin’s In Danger!
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Sasha Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) in danger, ready to defend herself with meat mallet in hand! During Monday episode, she’ll be fierce as she shouts at her unwelcome visitor “Leave now, or I scream”! Is Sidwell coming to put her in her place again, after her unwelcome rant at the Deception meeting?
Perhaps she should grab a knife instead of that meat mallet if this is truly a life-endangering incident! Although, admittedly, that mallet could give one a serious head injury!
