GH Spoilers: Molly And TJ’s First Surrogate Still Out There With Their Baby?

General Hospital Spoilers report Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) are going their separate ways.

For some time, we wondered about their first surrogate — Andrea Gates (Lily Harrison) — and how their lives would be complicated if she secretly absconded with their baby on board and is out there raising him or her as her own. Now, it’s going to be even more complicated since that’s TJ’s baby, even though it’s not legally or biologically Molly’s child.

How will she feel about the news that the child she was supposed to have did end up being born, and how might her chances of being its mother be hindered because she’s no longer with the father?

A Chance Meeting

The most probable way that TJ will find out he is a father is hard to imagine. It’s possible that Molly or he may bump into Andrea somewhere with the child. It’s also possible that TJ — being a doctor at GH — could come across them during some kind of medical emergency.

It’s even possible that Andrea could reach out to him because his child has a medical need that warrants knowing TJ’s medical history or seeking some kind of favor, like an organ or bone marrow transplant. We’ve seen that before.

Andrea Wanted a Baby

What would make this all the more salacious would be if it’s Molly who stumbled upon Andrea and the child — the child who is actually Andrea’s biologically speaking.

How might Molly feel knowing that Andrea ripped their dream away from them that way and carried the baby to term to raise TJ’s son or daughter without him?

It could be that Andrea never really had a husband and her own child as she claimed. Perhaps she just wanted a baby and the money to provide for one. Molly and TJ gave her that.

Molly Could Keep This Secret

Had Andrea stayed the course they agreed upon, they never would have scrambled to find another surrogate, and never would have chosen Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), and thus never would have lost their baby that way.

There would be no never ending trauma. Her relationship with her sister wouldn’t be fractured, and her domestic partnership with TJ would probably still be intact.
