GH Spoilers: Drew’s Prison Attack Created A Personality Disorder

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has not been acting like himself as of late.

He has been displaying some unscrupulous behavior that is out of character for him. He slept with his nephew Michael Corinthos’s (last played by Chad Duell) wife Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and been doing whatever it takes to get ahead in business, government and battling against the Quartermaines.

Before, Drew went to prison he was a kind and loving man devoted to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). What happened to him?

Drew Cain Suffered A Severe Beating In Prison

Drew was badly beaten in prison and the result of this beating could have easily been ignored by medical professionals.

Perhaps Drew suffered a brain injury. He could have brain damage, and as a result, another personality could have emerged due to the brain injury.

Drew Cain Is Acting Like Shiloh

A lot of Drew’s behavior seems to be reminiscent of Shiloh (last played by Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Shiloh and Drew served in Afghanistan together and were friends back in the day.

Drew knew him well, but may or may not remember those memories as he did lose memories of his life due to the fact that he was implanted with his brother Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) memories.

Drew may have realized that Shiloh was a master manipulator and always got what he wanted and decide that he wanted to take on a Shiloh-like persona.

Drew Cain Thinks He’s Shiloh

Another possibility is that Drew may actually believe that he is Shiloh, as his behavior seems to model Shiloh’s.

Drew displays this behavior as he manipulates Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) into experimental surgery for his injury.

Drew may have gone after Willow because he knew that Shiloh was in love with her. Drew could very well have taken on the Shiloh personality to get what he wants.

Drew Cain Suffered Brain Damage Or Has A Brain Tumor

The most likely scenario is that Drew suffered brain damage from the prison beating or has a brain tumor that he is causing severe changes in his personality.

This is a very probable explanation for his change in behavior and would explain his obsessive behavior as well. Drew may need medical attention and no one is aware of it yet.
