GH Spoilers: Chase Struggles with Brook Lynn’s Paternity Reveal

General Hospital Spoilers report Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is struggling to cope with the news that he can never have children.

Quick on his feet and prepared to be honest with his wife from the get-go, Chase didn’t delay in breakin the horrible news to her either — a stark contrast between them.

But that doesn’t mean he’s not going through some serious ups and downs trying to figure out what their life will look like now without a pregnancy to celebrate.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is struggling with this news as well, but she doesn’t want to show him how much pain she is in for fear that he’ll feel it’s all his fault.

But soon, a new pain point will present itself that is going to impact each of them in tremendously different ways.

Will the news that Brook Lynn has already had a child — with someone close to Chase — going to inject some resolve into this marriage, or break it apart? Will Chase be able to tolerate his wife’s deception alongside a man he thought he knew so well?

General Hospital Spoilers — Guilty as Charged

Brook Lynn won’t be able to defend herself very well since she has been feeling guilty about this from day one.

She had a nagging feeling that she should have told her husband the truth — particularly before she became his wife — but she let herself believe the lie that the past was best left in the past.

Now, she’s come face to face with the reality that she won’t have Chase’s biological child, and that means the child she gave up for adoption may be the only biological child she ever has.

What good excuse will she have for believing she couldn’t trust Chase enough to tell him the truth?

GH Spoilers Claim Dante is Only Half Guilty

Learning that his wife lied to him is going to crush Chase, but learning that his brother in arms and police force partner, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), also lied is going to leave Chase feeling like he may not have a real friend left in the world.

While Dante has never known that Brook Lynn had his child, he is well aware of how that came to be.

Their summer love was a thing of the past, and they clearly never told Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) or anyone else.

So, when Brook Lynn started dating Chase, she didn’t feel like she had much of a choice but to tell everyone the truth — or keep the secret.

Dante has gone along with that because as far as he was concerned, there was no reason to bring it up. Will Chase feel that way though?

Learning that one of his best friends actually slept with his wife years ago is going to be a hard pill for Chase to swallow.

Moreover, realizing that Brook Lynn and Dante were comfortable keeping this secret from him is going to make Chase question whether they might still harbor some kind of feelings for or attraction to one another.
