Former TLC Staffer Leaks Most Difficult Cast Member?

Over the years, TLC brought many people to reality TV. Of course, the family of Jim Bob Duggar was large, and Sister Wives added even more people. Then, of course, the 90 Day Fiance cast expands faster than folks can keep up. Going back a few years, it seems that in the opinion of an alleged former TLC staffer, one particular cast member stood out for being difficult to work with. TLC Casts Some Unusual Characters

It’s a fact that viewers think the network brings some of the strangest characters to TV screens. Recent additions like Loren Allen from 90 Day Fiance come to mind. Then, there are multiple discomforting relationships in I Love a Mama’s Boy. And, Angela Deem seems as if she might be difficult to work with.

Over a decade ago, TLC brought Jon and Kate Gosselin in Jon and Kate Plus 8. They seemed very toxic. But were they the most difficult cast members? Or, you might guess that Jen Arnold from The Little Couple was a stickler to work with. After all, it seems there were legal issues between her and the producers. 

Former TLC Staffer Dishes Some Tea

Recently on Reddit, a Sister Wives fan asked if anyone had interacted with the cast. They wanted to know what those interactions had been like. A few people commented about them, but the conversation took a turn when someone who claimed to be a former staffer with the network, joined in.

The former TLC staffer posted several comments in the discussion, starting with this one:

I worked for TLC for a while back in the 2010s, helping them manage talent… everyone at TLC absolutely loved dealing with the Browns; they never caused any issues, contract negotiations were a breeze, they fulfilled their media requirements…and the entire team appreciated them. I’ll have you all guess who the absolute worst (and by 100000000 miles) person on their payroll was.

Who Was The Most Difficult Cast Member?

Some people guessed it was Jim Bob Duggar. Meanwhile, someone mentioned Angela Deem from 90 Day Fiance. Kate Gosselin was another shoo-in suggested. by TLC fans. Then, another fan mentioned Theresa Caputo. Matt Roloff and his family from Little People, Big World were also guessed at. 

Well, a reply from the former TLC staffer that talked about Jim Bob Duggar was removed by moderators, but one referring to Derick Dillard as being nearly as bad as his father-in-law survived the purge:

You know who has many similarities to father-in-law…Derick Dillard.

Later, they wrote, “Jim Bob, [was the worst] by far.”
