Phil Begins Hallucinating
Phil Mitchell’s (Steve McFadden) mental health takes a troubling turn next week, precipitating the return of his younger brother, Grant.
Despite Phil’s reluctance, a worried Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) persuades him to visit a doctor.
Phil is frustrated by her interference, and returning home, he unleashes his anger on her until she storms out; however, Sharon can’t shake her concern for Phil; alone, he starts to hallucinate.
Meanwhile, as the Mitchell family goes all out for Billy (Perry Fenwick) and Honey Mitchell’s (Emma Barton) ‘sten do’, Sharon learns from Mo Harris (Laila Morse) that Phil has funded the celebration.
When Phil goes missing, Sharon organizes a search party, while Phil grapples with his deteriorating grip on reality.
Grant Returns To Save His Brother
Sharon, Billy, Honey, and Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) are in a panic as they look for Phil-his depression deepens, leading him to experience psychosis.
He starts having hallucinations that show scenes from the Mitchell family home in 1985, featuring his younger self (Daniel Delaney) and his mother, Peggy Mitchell (Jaime Winstone).
During these visions, Phil watches a key moment from his teenage years; as his negative thoughts grow stronger, the hallucinations become more real.
Jay eventually finds Phil at No. 55, just as Sharon arrives for an urgent conversation-Phil claims he is okay and tells Sharon to leave.
However, soon after, Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley) comes back with a visitor he hopes will help Phil—Grant; will Grant be able to reach Phil?
Sonia’s Chilling Discovery And Showdown With Reiss
Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) faces off against Reiss-she is captivated by Bianca Jackson’s (Patsy Palmer) confession video, but Reiss urges her to drop it.
After a confrontation with Mo Harris (Laila Morse), Sonia finds comfort in the launderette, but her health declines, prompting a trip to the hospital.
Reiss is shocked by what he finds at the lock-up and leaves after learning about Sonia’s situation-she’s sent home to recuperate, while Reiss makes excuses to sneak back to the lock-up.
Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) checks in on Sonia, who decides to erase the confession video but is interrupted by a disturbing find.
When Reiss returns with a cover story, Sonia confronts him, leading to a tense standoff-Reiss then blocks her way out; is Sonia in real danger, and will Bianca finally be saved?
Ian Dates Priya In A Jealousy Plot
Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) has another confrontation with Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) ; Cindy wants to return home, but Ian, Peter (Thomas Law), and Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth) all deny her.
At Beale’s Eels, Cindy begs Ian for another chance, leading to more accusations. Priya Nandra Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) steps in to help Ian, but she leaves after he unintentionally offends her.
Later, Priya and Ian share a drink at The Queen Vic, but things get complicated when Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), Junior Knight (Micah Balfour), and Cindy show up.
They try to make Ravi and Cindy jealous, but Cindy has her own plans-meanwhile, Priya and Ian enjoy another drink, but their moment is interrupted when Kathy comes home early.
Priya invites herself to dinner, but after Kathy makes some harsh remarks, Priya leaves, and Ian follows her-has their scheme to make their exes jealous turned into something more?
Jack’s Love Confession, Linda’s Return Home
Jack has something important to share with his ex, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) as Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) moves in with Jack, but he tries to change her mind about it.
Penny Branning (Kitty Castledine) scolds Jack for letting Chelsea stay, but later, she and Chelsea find common ground after Penny takes some unexpected action.
Jack then makes a move to express his feelings to Denise; she visits him, but will she choose to get back with Jack or stay with her on-and-off partner, Ravi?
Meanwhile, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) comes home from rehab, where she has been since December due to her severe alcoholism.
As she returns to The Vic, her family supports her, but can she repair her relationships and look forward after a difficult year?
