Sophia and Holly were both interested in the same boy. While Sophia and Tate went to prom together, it was Holly that he spent time with. At least, before the overdose and coma.

After that, Holly and Sophia never repaired their friendship. In fact, Sophia took every opportunity to get between Holly and Tate.

When Tate said Holly’s name while about to get intimate with Sophia, that seemed to change things for the bad girl.

Sophia seemed to realize at that point that she was giving Tate her body, but she didn’t have his heart.

As Tate and Holly rekindled their romance, Sophia suddenly found out she was pregnant. Then, Tate and Sophia tried to sneak out of Salem to get an abortion, but they were thwarted by both Holly and Amy!

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that once Amy found out about Sophia’s pregnancy, she made demands. Instead of asking Sophia what she wanted to do, she told her what was going to happen.

Sophia was horrified when her mother said she couldn’t have an abortion. In addition to having the baby, Amy said Sophia and Tate were going to raise the baby together – as husband and wife!

Holly did seem concerned when she learned Sophia was pregnant. While Sophia had a smart comeback, it was clear that Holly still feels empathy for her old BFF.

As angry as Holly is about the pregnancy, she also realizes that it wasn’t intentional. Holly also vouched for Sophia that Amy isn’t one to be reasoned with and what the Choi matriarch says is law.

So, I could actually see Holly and Sophia working together to wiggle out of Amy’s instant family plan.

Could a situation intended to tear Sophia and Holly apart actually bring them close again? Could this unexpected complication end up somehow repairing their friendship?
