DOOL Spoilers: Ava Shoots EJ & Skips Town?

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Ava Vitali is heading out of Salem this week. Actress Tamara Braun announced on her Instagram that she was leaving the soap, with her last day being Thursday, April 3.

In an interesting coincidence, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is also set to be shot during that show.

The Details Surrounding Ava’s Exit

Braun uploaded a reel with various clips from her time at Days of Our Lives. In her IG caption, she tells followers that Vitali stopped shooting on the soap as of July 2024, and Ava’s last day in Salem will be Thursday.

Her caption also noted that she will miss her friends from the show, going on to say, “They are a really good group of caring individuals and being with them was a joy.”

She concluded the post with, “Thanks for all the #love #kindness and #support during Ava’s latest Salem stint.”

Considering all the drama she faced after she and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) started dating, Ava may be headed to visit her son, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), in Hong Kong; however, what if there is a bigger reason behind Ava’s exit?

A Gun & A Vendetta

It’s no secret that there is no love lost between Ava and EJ, as the two have been rivals for a very long time. They hadn’t exactly been in each other’s orbits until EJ refused to help Ava when she was kidnapped at Aremid by Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle).

He discovered here there, and instead of releasing her, he struck a deal with the Woman in White.

On top of it all, as EJ got rid of Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) mom before she could testify against him, he’ll suffer zero repercussions for his latest crime.

Ava’s motive is right there – shoot EJ for some justice as he always seems to be above the law. She was also recently given a gun by Melinda Trask (Tina Huang), so will she shoot EJ and then decide to skip town?
