Daytime Soap Stars Come Together For 'Daytime Makes A Difference' - Online Fundraiser In Support Of LA Fire ReliefGeneral Hospital (GH) stars Josh Kelly (Cody Bell) and Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli) are collaborating with Coastal Entertainment and various other soapy stars for an online fundraiser to help individuals affected by the current LA wildfire crisis.

‘Daytime Makes a Difference” is a two-hour Zoom event slated for Sunday, January 19 at 3:30 p.m. EST that features talent from the world of soaps, who plan to share their wishes of hope and goodwill, as well as experiences.

The benefit notes that 100 percent of the ticket sales will be given to the World Central Kitchen, The Pasadena Humane Society, and the LA Fire Department Foundation.

Fellow GHers that plan on joining Josh and Bradford include Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos), Cameron Mathison (Drew Quartermaine), Rena Sofer (Lois Cerullo), Kate Mansi (Kristina Corinthos), Cynthia Watros (Nina Reeves), John J. York (Mac Scorpio), Carolyn Hennesy (Diane Miller), Amanda Setton (Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase), Jon Lindstrom (Kevin Collins), Rick Hearst (Ric Lansing), Kristen Vaganos (Molly Lansing-Davis), Parry Shen (Brad Cooper), and Sawandi Wilson (Dr. Isaiah Gannon).

Also, Days of Our Lives (DOOL) stars Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) and Carson Boatman (Johnny DiMera) will join the crew, as will some fan-favorite GH veterans Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda Barrett), Ian Buchanan (ex-Duke Lavery), Emma Samms (ex-Holly Sutton), Scott Reeves (Steven Lars “Steve” Webber), and Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio).

LA Wildfire Update

As of this writing, over 170,000 people are still under evacuation as firefighters continue to fight the LA fires after 10 days of crisis. The fires have claimed the lives of 25 individuals, burning across communities and wiping out over 12,000 structures.

Some soap stars who have lost their homes due to the fires include Bold and the Beautiful’s Jennifer Gareis (Donna Logan), The Young & The Restless’ Eric Braeden (Victor Newman), Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman), and Cameron Mathison.
