Beyond The Gates Spoilers: Leslie Really Had A Miscarriage- Eva Is Not Her Daughter!

Beyond The Gates spoilers indicate that Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) told Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson) that she aborted the baby when he got her pregnant years ago during their affair.

However, that could be the story that she just told Ted, as the truth is far more complicated than Ted or anyone could ever realize.

Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) is allegedly the biological daughter of Leslie and Ted, but they may not be the case.

It is entirely possible that Leslie concocted a crazy scheme, which is what she does, in order to pull the wool over Ted’s eyes.

Leslie Thomas Suffered A Miscarriage

After Leslie conceived a child with Ted during their affair, Leslie indeed told him about her pregnancy.

Ted told Leslie that she needed to have an abortion, which she eventually agreed to. She lied to Ted, and told her that she had the abortion, but she did not.

Leslie planned to have the baby to hold over Ted, as the baby would be useful to use against him someday.

But as fate would have it, Leslie could have suffered a miscarriage and she ended up losing the child, and her ammunition against Ted.

Leslie Thomas Stole A Baby From The Hospital

After suffering a miscarriage, Leslie became unhinged, and vowed to make sure that she had a baby no matter what it cost her. She needed the baby to someday enact her plan of revenge against Ted. Leslie took a job at a hospital, and eventually stole a child from the nursery.

She could have stolen a baby girl, and that baby would be now known as Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle). Leslie never told Eva that the truth, and has been passing her off as her daughter ever since.

The Paternity Test Will Be Doctored

Leslie recently had a DNA test sent out as Eva acquired Ted’s DNA while she was working, to prove that Eva is Ted’s daughter.

However, as we know Leslie is the master of disguises. She could easily have disguised herself as a lab technician, and doctored the results, and no one would be the wiser.

Leslie would want to ensure that the results say that Eva and Ted are a match, as she needs this proof to enact her plan of revenge against the Richardson family.

Leslie Thomas Hopes The Truth Never Comes Out

Leslie will continue to keep her secret that Eva is not actually Ted’s daughter, or her own for that matter. But the news of a baby missing from the hospital all those years ago might come to someone’s attention, maybe Eva’s.

Leslie would do anything she can to make sure that this secret stays safe, but Eva could get to the truth. Will Eva learn that she was stolen from the hospital and is in fact not Leslie or Ted’s daughter?
