Beyond The Gates spoilers suggest that Diego Sanchez (Carlos Enrique Palacio) has been having an affair with Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli), while Vanessa seems to be trapped in a loveless marriage to Doug McBride (Jason Graham). Diego seems to be wanting more than just an affair, and is getting possessive of Vanessa.

Diego Sanchez Wants Vanessa McBride For Himself

Diego’s recent behavior indicates that he wants Vanessa for himself, but Vanessa only seems to want to have sexual relations with him and nothing else.

Her reasons for staying married to Doug remain unknown, but perhaps it’s financial or because of their twin children (who are away at college). Diego seems to want more than Vanessa is willing to give him.

His jealousy of her recent encounter with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) was very apparent when it was merely a business opportunity as far as Vanessa knows. Vanessa set Diego straight but Diego still seems to want Vanessa’s full attention at all times.

Diego Sanchez’s Obsession With Vanessa McBride Grows

Diego would start to become more obsessed with Vanessa as she continues to spend more time with Joey. He would soon start to urge her to leave her husband, as he wants her for himself.

Vanessa doesn’t seem interested in ending her marriage and just enjoys having sex with Diego.

Diego would be falling deeply in love with Vanessa and would start following her everywhere. Men that cross her path would soon start to get hurt or have unfortunate accidents.

Vanessa McBride Breaks Things Off With Diego Sanchez

Starting to take note of Diego’s obsessive behavior and realizing that he could be going after people close to her, Vanessa would call things off with Diego. Diego, of course, won’t stand for this, and would tell Vanessa that he won’t let her go.

Diego might even attack Doug and let him know about his affair with his wife. Vanessa would find herself in grave danger at this point.

Vanessa McBride Fears For Her Life

Now that Diego is unhinged, Vanessa would fear for her life. She would always be followed, receive incessant phone calls, and sent threatening messages.

Diego would not be able to let go of his obsession and continously go after Vanessa. Would Vanessa survive if Diego initiated a deadly attack?
