Beyond The Gates Spoilers: Andre’s Dire Warning Foreshadows Danger On The Horizon For Dani?

Beyond the Gates spoilers suggest Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) is headed for an alcoholism storyline. She’s had a few booze benders during the mere month that the new soap has been on the air, and red flags are waving everywhere that her character has issues with alcohol.

A recent warning from Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) seems to hint that disaster is on the horizon for Dani. Was this just concern on his part, or is the show foreshadowing something?

The Signs Are There

Last week, Dani not only got drunk and trashed Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett) and Hayley Lawson-Hamilton’s (Marquita Goings) new house (passing out in the home), but she also got further intoxicated later on and passed out in her own home. Thankfully, Andre found her, but she was lying in the middle of her kitchen floor!

Dani would wake up the next morning, head to the country club for breakfast with her father, Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis), and order a vodka and orange juice with her meal.

Vernon took a sip of the drink as he was parched, only to realize that the OJ was mixed in with a little something extra.

The good news is that Vernon might be on to Dani, and Andre is also in the loop, so can either man stop her before she hurts someone else or herself?

Andre Richardson’s Warning

Andre’s warning to Dani after he helped get her up from the floor of the kitchen, post-drunken debacle, was chilling.

He was concerned about her drinking and worried that if she continued on this path, she could pass out and knock her head upon her fall – or choke on her own vomit and potentially die.

Still, there are so many other terrible things that could happen to Dani doesn’t stop this behavior. In fact, many worst-case scenarios involve her getting drunk and getting behind a vehicle. Was Andre’s warning a way to foreshadow this?
