B&B Spoilers: Will Carter Concede And Give The Company Back To The Forresters?

Things are coming to a head this week at Forrester Creations. Ivy’s new jewelry line launched last week and despite it being an immediate projected success, Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) conscience finally caught up with him.

Instead of defiantly justifying his take-over of the company, he understands that he tricked some of his closest friends into signing away their livelihood.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Carter’s Guilt Has Hit Him Like A Ton Of Bricks

Carter has spent the last few months justifying his every move, acting entitled to run the business simply because he believes that he can set Forrester Creations up for future success as a global luxury brand.

He was hurt when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric Forrester (John McCook) didn’t want to set his ideas into motion, and he was furious over Steffy Forrester’s (Jaqueline Macinnes Wood) treatment of the Logan’s, so he quite literally stole the company.

Two little signatures on new LLC paperwork and just like that, Ridge and Steffy gave Carter all the power he needed to control the company.

At first Carter and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) were united in running things, believing that the sky is the limit, and then Carter started to feel guilty.

Ridge was his best friend and Eric created Forrester Creations and grew it from nothing. They did treat him like family in all the ways that counted most, and this is how he repaid them.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Hope And Carter Are No Longer United

The mutual cheerleading between Hope and Carter seems to have come to a screeching halt. He has suggested that Ivy’s jewelry launch is a way for them to go out on top and Hope lost her mind at the thought of not continuing.

Carter suggested that if they apologize and show Ridge the projected numbers maybe it’ll all be okay and Hope can’t believe that he is even considering bringing their run of power to an end.

Hope has said that she won’t apologize and that she can’t go back to the way that things were before, and her feelings are understandable. She has been treated horribly, especially by Steffy, for years.

In many ways, she really doesn’t owe Steffy anything, or even Ridge for that matter. At this point, you have to wonder, if Hope hadn’t been in Carter’s ear cheering him on, would he ever betray Ridge in the first place?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Carter Versus Ridge

After weeks of not going into the office, Ridge decided to pay Carter a visit and his timing couldn’t have been better.

Carter was already deep in his feelings and had just had a blowout with Hope over putting the company back in the hands of those who deserve it the most, the Forresters. The question is how it’ll happen. Will Carter just walk away and deal himself out?

Or will he negotiate with Ridge? Will his conscience rising to the surface make Ridge, Steffy, and Eric make him an offer to stick around? What do you think will happen next?
