Poppy is Li’s younger sister. How much younger is a subjective issue, but let’s assume that she’s closer in age to Li’s adopted son, Finn, than to Matsuda’s character.

So, did Poppy drug Finn years ago and make him Luna’s unknown father? Finn’s clean-cut image suggests that he was never romantically involved with Poppy, but that can’t be ruled out until viewers are given conclusive dialogue and scene proof.

This will be a major bombshell with massive implications for multiple people and families in this version of Los Angeles, California. Finn has always assumed he is Luna’s cousin.

Of course, Finn believed that Jack and Li were his adopted parents. Instead, Sheila Carter Sharpe’s (Kimberlin Brown) step out of the shadows in the Forrester guest house shook his world.

Finn always longed to meet his birth mother and was initially thrilled by Sheila’s appearance. But that quickly faded when Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), her family, and many others lambasted Sheila.

Even Luna feels that Tom Starr (Clint Howard) isn’t her father. So, Finn could be being written into another genetic reveal shocker.

Li looked like the poorest soul. She realized that accusing Jack of being Luna’s father was a terrible mistake.

But treating Poppy meanly for many decades was far worse. Poppy’s loose lifestyle and Jack’s betrayal of Sheila gave Li enough reasons to naturally be skeptical and accusatory.

The looks Poppy and Jack gave each other while Li was accusing them in her office at the hospital meant something. What that is will soon be known.

It could be that Li’s initial speculation was wrong, but her overall suspicion about Luna isn’t. Based on all that Poppy has concealed, it may be possible that she’s not Luna’s birth mother. That type of reveal surely would shake the earth again.
