B&B Spoilers: Brooke Doesn’t Know What Ridge Will Do – Taylor Is Certain

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) believes that the only true love of her life could come back to her any day.

However, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t near reconciliation and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) knows it.

Brooke is often used to being in a position of power in romance. Specifically referencing Ridge, she knows that their love still exists. But she also sees the clock ticking.

The longer Ridge remains with Taylor, the more likely their relationship deepens. That doesn’t mean Ridge will remarry Taylor or even be with her for years. However, Brooke knows that time apart weakens her pull.

Ridge Forrester Wants Forrester Creations Back

Brooke’s mistake was accepting the Chief Executive Officer’s job without talking to Ridge first. She was not grabbing power but instead plotting the Forrester’s comeback.

Ridge chose to believe that Brooke betrayed him. He was wrong, and his ongoing talks with her confirm that Kaye’s character realizes Brooke is telling the truth.

However, FC is still in Carter’s hands, and he blames Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) for it. That assessment is off-base because the LLC scheme was Carter’s brainstorm, and Hope had no power to help him execute that move.

Taylor Hayes Feels Very Confident

Generally, in the past, Taylor would be unsettled. But whatever understandable insecurities she’s had are no more.

Taylor recognizes Ridge’s personal growth and believes he’s made a final break from Brooke because of the FC betrayal. But Taylor may be setting herself up for heartbreak once more.

The test will come whenever the Forresters either regain control or have it handed back to them. Carter’s persistence to make things right should eventually lead to him relinquishing control or coming to an arrangement that allows the Logans to hold onto some power.

If the above happens and it is seen as inevitable, then the bone of contention with Brooke will dissipate. Taylor should hope to be remarried to Ridge before then.

That wouldn’t necessarily mean he would stay with her. However, a reconciliation through to an actual remarriage would make it much harder for Ridge to break quickly.

Brooke Logan Holds The Ace

Ridge does love Taylor, and he’s not exaggerating those feelings when he tells her that he sees her as his renewed love. The family they share is real and will always bind them.

But Brooke is unarguably Ridge’s more profound love. Their eight marriages, which can never be stated enough, prove their connection is more complex and, therefore, more challenging to break from permanently.

Taylor knows that Ridge hasn’t cut Brooke off and wants to believe he’s gained enough strength to be fooled into a reunion. Taylor’s gambling her heart, which, as the audience knows, could be broken again once the FC drama is resolved.
