Annie Suwan Upgrades Her Thai Rental, It’s For Sale

Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky are currently in Thailand and the 90 Day Fiance stars stay in one of their properties. They both invested in property, and one of them is leased out as a rental. Recently, the TLC stars upgraded their condo and revealed how much it costs to stay there. But they have also put it on the market.

The Property In Thailand

David works as a real estate agent in Arizona, and perhaps, because he understands the value of property, he helped decide on buying condos in Thailand. Additionally, they have money, presumably from their appearances on the TLC franchise. Currently, the couple stays in one of their condos as she expects her baby on or before March 14. 

Who would have thought that broke David who housed Suwan in a friend’s converted apartment when she first went to the USA, would one day own a condo near the beach in Pattaya, Thailand?

This week on Instagram, it was Annie who shared that they upgraded one of their condos with a new washing machine. She said, “We charge 15,000 Thai baht for 3-6 months rental and 13,000 Thai baht for one year contract. The condo [is] now available.”

But, Toborowsky talked about it being up for sale. 

Condo For Rent Or Sale

On his Instagram, David Toborowsky told his 90 Day Fiance fans that he’d like to sell the condo for “2.1 million Thai Baht” with a “1% transfer fee.” At the current exchange rate, it will cost approximately USD 62,000 to buy. He also talked about people renting it, probably until they find a buyer for their furnished home. 

Describing the condo, Annie Suwan’s husband said:

…an amazing condo in Na Jomtien area of Pattaya. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 43 sq meters on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. 600 meters from Jomtien Beach. The condo is fully furnished with a brand new washing machine.

Other information for potential renters noted that it “comes with free cable and WiFi. Tenant pays water and electricity.” However, it seems that the TLC stars prefer long-term tenants rather than just overnighters, as you can rent it for between three to six months for about USD444.
