Amanda Halterman Shouts Out Her Boyfriend Amid Health Issues

Amanda Halterman from 1000-Lb Sisters on TLC gave her new boyfriend, Leonard Moore a shoutout on social media amid her current health issues. It came five days after he celebrated his birthday. 

A Comforting Presence

When the TLC star hard-launched Leonard in January, fans were surprised because she only split from RJ a few months before that. Remember, on 1000-Lb Sisters, she left to go and live with RJ in Florida. Anyway, it didn’t work out and she returned to Kentucky. 

Although many TLC fans think the Slaton sisters all rush into relationships too fast, having Leonard around must be a comfort to Amanda at the moment. That’s because she blacked out and had to wear a heart monitor. Plus, she lost so much weight that she looked unwell. 

The Shout Out To Her Boyfriend 

On Instagram Stories on March 5, Amanda Halterman shared a collage of photos of Leonard. In her caption, she wrote, “Tonight I lay here listening to the rain and you sleep Leonard Moore thank you for all the miles you have put in behind the wheel for me…”

Well, it seems that Lenoard literally drove her miles because she did travel somewhere to get health checks done. In fact, she updated TLC fans on her health this weekend. While Amanda still awaits the outcome of her heart monitor readings, she told her fans that she feeling much better, despite having covid in January. 

Fans Suspected There Was A New Man 

In December 2024, although she didn’t show his face, Amanda hinted that she found someone new. At the time, she just posted her face and wrote, “What I look like when I look at him.” Back then, some critics scorched her for acting like a teenager.
