Former Alaskan Bush People star Noah Brown and his wife, Rhain Brown (née Rhain Alisha), have decided to separate after six years of marriage.
The couple shared the news directly with their followers via a TikTok video on January 28, ensuring that fans heard it from them first.
A Difficult Decision
Sitting side by side, Noah, 32, and Rhain, 34, confirmed their split while addressing why they had been spending time apart.
“Rhain and I have decided it is in our best interests to separate. We are going to take a break for a while, and we are no longer together,” Noah explained.
He further revealed that he had moved out some time ago and was now staying in their guest cabin. Fans had already noticed his absence from the main house in recent content, prompting the couple to address the situation openly.
Despite their separation, Noah emphasized that he continues to see their two sons, Eli, 5, and Adam, 3, over the weekends.
“I can stop by if I message first, to be able to make sure it’s OK if I see them and everything. But we are currently taking a break,” he said, while Rhain nodded in agreement.
Maintaining Stability for Their Children
The couple assured their audience that they were handling the separation amicably and prioritizing their children’s well-being. “We’re not here to bash each other. We’re working through this cordially,” Rhain stated.
She acknowledged that Noah had already shown signs of personal improvement since moving out, highlighting that he now had his own space and routine.
At the same time, she noted that living separately had also been beneficial for her. “Back in the house, I already feel a lot better. Because I don’t have to ask him to do anything, and I just do it myself. He still gets the kids all the time.”
Both agreed on making the transition as smooth as possible for their sons. “The kids are still happy that they see both of us,” Rhain reassured viewers. Noah echoed her sentiment, stating that they were trying to create as “little change for the kids as possible.”
As Noah continues to share updates on social media, he revealed that Rhain had expressed concerns about their children appearing on TikTok. While she is comfortable with their presence on Facebook and Instagram, she believes TikTok has a more negative influence.
A Love Story That Faced Challenges
Noah and Rhain’s relationship has been under public scrutiny since the beginning.
The couple met while Noah’s family still lived in Alaska. After exchanging love letters, Noah convinced Rhain to visit “Brown Town.” They married in August 2018, with only close family and friends in attendance.
However, not all of Noah’s family welcomed Rhain warmly. His sisters, Bird Brown and Rain Brown, reportedly had a difficult relationship with her, with Bird particularly struggling with the fact that Rhain shared a similar name.
Over time, tensions eased, especially after Noah named Bird the godmother of his son Eli. In 2019, Noah and Rhain briefly relocated to Colorado, seeking space away from the rest of the family.
Looking Ahead
As they navigate this new chapter, Noah has promised to keep fans updated on his journey. However, Rhain clarified that she would not provide any further updates. “I personally will not keep anybody updated,” she stated.
Despite their challenges, Noah and Rhain remain committed to co-parenting their children and maintaining a respectful relationship. Fans of Alaskan Bush People will undoubtedly continue to support them as they move forward separately.
