90 Day Fiancé: Paola Mayfield Shares Son, Axel Going Non-Vegan

90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield and her husband, Russ raise their boy, Axel, 6, and he’s been a vegetarian since he started eating solids. On social media this week, his mom shared her son’s reaction the first time he tested meat.

A Vegan Boy 

On Instagram on March 11, the wrestler posted a reel and it showed Axel sitting at the table with a meal in front of him. Russ and Paola encouraged him to try a piece of meat and his mom gave him a kiss, while his dad, no longer estranged, gave him a hug. But. he also wanted a high five.

Tentatively, the cute kid placed some meat in his mouth. 90 Day Fiancé fans who watched it saw that he nearly gagged after taking a small bite. Paola Mayfield, told him, “There you go,” as he managed to keep it down. Then he brightened up and showed his arms. saying how he’s going to make lots “of muscles.”

A big first for my little one! 🌟 At 6 years old, he tried meat for the very first time. 🍗 I was vegan for 5 years, so this is a special moment for us. No matter what he decides, my focus is on supporting a healthy and balanced relationship with food. A new chapter begins!

90 Day Fiancé fans discussed the parenting style of Russ and Paola Mayfield. Of course, they also commented on the scenes in the video. One TLC fan wrote, “It’s the texture for sure!” and anoitehr one opined, “He’s so sweet. You have a beautiful family, Paola!”

Russ And His Wife Took A Break

On the TLC show, fans saw that many problems came in the marriage. The Season 1 stars married in 2013 but during the  COVID pandemic, they split. Russ & Paola rebuilt their relationship with therapy. After hustling for work in 2021, Russ started out earning a bit of money by completing surveys online. But, things improved and he transitioned to voice acting, per Screenrant, and Paola remains a wrestler.
