’90 Day Fiancé’ Leida Margaretha Gets TRO Against Her

90 Day Fiancé alum Leida Margaretha seems to pop up in court cases quite frequently. Now, someone has been granted a temporary restraining order against the former TLC star. She was first arrested in October of 2023, but the TRO doesn’t seem to be related to that. 

Leid Margaretha Got A K1 Visa 

Season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé brought Leida from Indonesia and her fiance, Eric Rosenbrook. However, it didn’t last as she seemed toxic towards his family. In February last year, she filed for a divorce from Eric who was a military veteran. 

Leida Margaretha ended up with multiple arrests involving the misuse of funds. But, in early December, some of the charges in her felony cases were dropped. At the time, it was thought that some folks had agreed to an out-of-court settlement. However, she still faces another case from Juneau County in Wisconsin.

TLC Alum Leida Margaretha Gets A TRO Against Her

The news that a temporary restraining order was filed and approved against the 90 Day Fiancé alum arrived via John Yates on Instagram this week. The screenshot revealed that the plaintiff had filed the order for “civil harassment.”

Detailing more about Leida Margaretha, in his caption, John Yates said:

Looks like felony Leida can’t stop harassing people – someone just got granted a temporary restraining order against her. I swear this woman has spent more time in court over the last 5 years than The Juice OJ Simpson.

TLC Fans Expressed Their Disgust

Some people wonder why the TLC alum is still in the country given her arrests and alleged harassment. And, others just wish she would go away because they didn’t like her attitude on the show. Here are some of their responses to the temporary restraining order:

If you don’t know, when Leida Margaretha arrived stateside, she claimed to have a PhD. And, her ambition was to become a doctor. However, she ended up working in various accounting departments. And, so began her alleged fraudulent behavior.
