90 Day Fiance Josko Luketin Faces Backlash for Recording Intimate Video Without Vanja’s Permission

Josko Luketin has issued a heartfelt apology to Vanja Grbic after she disclosed during the January 26th episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days that he had secretly filmed an intimate moment between them without her knowledge or consent.

The revelation came during the show’s Tell All episode as the two confronted the ups and downs of their turbulent relationship.

Appearing virtually from Croatia, Josko initially criticized Vanja, questioning her role as a mother and mocking her preferences, which prompted Vanja to share her side of the story.

Through tears, Vanja told the group, “Without my consent, without my knowledge, [he] violated my privacy, my body.” The cast rallied around Vanja, offering their support.

Vanja revealed that Josko, at the time, didn’t view his actions as problematic. In fact, she shared, “He was proud of himself for doing it.” Josko admitted to recording the encounter but claimed to have believed they had discussed it beforehand. Eventually, he acknowledged, “In my head, I developed a story about the consent, but it wasn’t there.”

Josko said he regretted his actions and apologized multiple times after Vanja found out. He explained that his intention was to “spice things up” in their relationship but admitted it was a significant misstep.

Addressing Vanja and the group, he said, “I’m terribly sorry. It’s not something that I’m proud of. I violated your privacy, I violated your trust, and I’m deeply sorry. I could not find words to describe how sorry I am.”

The incident deeply affected Vanja, who had already struggled with trust issues in relationships. “It’s heartbreaking because I give my all in a relationship and then the other person doesn’t want to pursue things with me anymore,” she said, crying. “It’s very disappointing to know that I keep giving and giving, and I get this in return.”

Josko acknowledged that filming without consent was his only mistake in their relationship but maintained he had good intentions. “I had really good intentions with her,” he said. “It didn’t work out, but I’m glad we tried. She’s gorgeous, she’s amazing, and I wish for her to meet someone who will respect her and love her more than me—and definitely more than Božo.”

Vanja’s journey on 90 Day Fiancé initially began with another man, Božo Vrdoljak, who friend-zoned her when she visited him in Croatia. Reflecting on her relationships with both men, Vanja admitted, “They were both frustrating in their own way.”

However, Vanja’s connection with Josko left a deeper emotional impact. “Being intimate with somebody for me is a big deal,” she said tearfully. “The fact that he got that for me, I don’t want to say I want to take it back, but I wish I didn’t.”
