In the Y & R preview for the week of December 9, Jordan Howard, (Colleen Zenk) the queen of disguises herself, tells Ian Ward (Ray Wise) he should get out more.

He seems hesitant at first, but then he thinks about it and tells her he supposes so, but he hopes the “dear people of Genoa City are ready for me.”

Obviously, he doesn’t want to be recognized just yet and become a person of interest to the Genoa City Police; Jordan might tell him to dress up as Santa!

If he goes through with it, we can easily picture Ian slipping into a festive disguise to aid in his scheme to abduct Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) granddaughter.

Since his arrival in town, Ian has had his sights set on Sharon, and it seems he might be ready to escalate his plans before long.

Y & R Spoilers – Sharon Could Get Off The Hook-Ian Ward Won’t Like That!

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) might just be able to clear Sharon’s name thanks to the toxicology report revealing that PCP was mixed into her medication.

This could lead to Sharon enjoying her freedom and reuniting with her family, which certainly wouldn’t sit well with Ian.

Additionally, upcoming spoilers indicate that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will find herself in Ian’s crosshairs as his plot unfolds.

If Ian decides to target Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle), it could spell trouble for both Sharon and Mariah.

Ian could take a page from Jordan’s playbook and easily disguise himself as Santa Claus, complete with a red suit and a fake beard.

Ian might just charm his way into the holiday spirit, convincing everyone that he’s merely a jovial participant in the community celebrations.

One moment, Aria could be sitting on Santa’s lap, and the next, they could vanish without a trace—an event that would surely send Mariah and Sharon into a frenzy.

This scenario could also give Ian the opportunity to make some unsettling demands, potentially enticing the mother-daughter pair into a trap.

He might pressure Sharon and Mariah to respond to a threatening message regarding a kidnapping, instructing them to come alone, without any police presence.

It’s conceivable that Ian harbors intentions to eliminate both Mariah and Sharon due to lingering resentments, using Aria as bait!
