Y&R spoilers note that fans could feel something major on the horizon when Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) was struggling with her dark feelings toward Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and his role in Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) death back in the summer.

Still, Y&R viewers were shocked when Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) life was taken during a major plot twist in this storyline, which has felt like a roller coaster ride over the past few weeks.

Heather was a bit of an expendable character, but what if the woman was actually alive? Talk about a plot twist! Maybe Ian Ward (Ray Wise) and Jordan (Colleen Zenk) placed an imposter in Heather’s apartment that they unalived and are keeping the ‘real’ Heather hostage somewhere?

Heather being alive would not only be amazing for both Daniel and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), but this could help with Sharon’s ‘road to redemption’ storyline that seems to be unraveling at the moment.

Wouldn’t it be nice if Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) was able to break free from the business grips of both the Abbott family and his mom, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) to create his own legacy and finally prove to everyone that he isn’t a screw-up, after all?

Not only could he celebrate his business savvy, but he might also rub it in the face of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who seems to believe that Billy-boy is nothing but a loser.

Billy has the trust fund to invest in a project of this sort, so could he pull the trigger on this in the new year? He’s got nothing else going on at the moment!
